Sunkissed Solutions  supports international projects in the fields of Artist Management, Label Management, Communications and Project Management.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive person who enjoys working independently, taking responsibility and turning ideas into action.

We work fast, pragmatically and without unnecessary hierarchy. We are looking for people who think for themselves, take initiative and enjoy finding solutions rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
Your work will help build and strengthen the international communication of our artist and label projects.

Your possible responsibilities
- Update, improve and professionally organize press clippings
- Research and document press articles, interviews and reviews
- Update and develop blog articles and website content
- Create country-specific landing pages and press sections
- Develop and manage newsletters
- Contribute to communication and media projects
- Develop and implement your own ideas
- Depending on your interests and skills, you will have the opportunity to expand your role into areas such as website management, graphic design, video editing, content creation or digital communications.

What we're looking for
- This internship must be a mandatory internship as part of your university or educational program.
- An independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Initiative and the willingness to take responsibility
- Interest in communications, media and international projects
- Confident use of Google Workspace and digital tools
- Excellent English skills are required. Additional languages are a plus. German is not required.
- Nice to have, but not required:
- Website management (e.g. Wix)
- Graphic design (e.g. Canva)
- Image and Video editing
- Content creation

How we work
We are a fully remote team with team members based in Munich, Paris and Montreal.
Depending on your location, we can also arrange shared working hours or occasional in-person meetings.
Whenever our projects take place near you, you may also have the opportunity to attend concerts, festivals, radio interviews, photo or video productions and experience the work behind the scenes.
